It is seven miles back to Oyster-bed Pier, with another two miles up to Sneem town (mid to high tide only for the run up to Sneem) About 7 to 8 miles west of Sneem, As the main ring road nears the coast again, look out for a sharp turn left down a steep track to the beach.
