mile from the heritage town of Kenmare. Positioned on a
privately owned 23 acre site it has magnificent
mountain views all around, with Kenmare Bay and
the McKilliguddy Reeks (Ireland's highest mountain
range) to the front.
There is a detached garage with a
boiler/drying room off.
The newly constructed cottage consists of:
Entrance to a wide
reception hall with a a toilet and wash hand
basin. There are three en-suite double bedrooms,
one on the ground floor. A large through lounge with a TV,
video, CD player and open fire leads to a fully fitted
kitchen/dining room with all appliances, dishwasher, fridge,
microwave,extractor etc.. The utility room is off
the kitchen with washing machine and
tumble drier.
The house is furnished to a high standard.
All bed linen and towels are provided, central
heating and electricity are included in the price.
Killaha is part of an area of outstanding
beauty.
Local amenities include: Water sports,
sailing,windsurfing, kayaking, diving etc. The owners are on
site and hill walkers, they can 'point you in the
right direction'. Local pubs and restaurants offer good food
as does Kenmare just two miles away.
